The Back in KontroL Backwarmer is designed to be worn tight and adjusted around the waist. Select the proper size by measuring your waist and removing 3-6inches (7-15cm) in circumference.

L: 55cm/21.5in

XL: 59cm/23in

Amazing!

Best backwarmer I’ve ever had! it definitely does it’s job on keeping me warm when training, i also love how it stays in place and doesn’t get bunched up when wearing. 10\10 recommend 🙏

Obsessed

Used the waist measurements provided on the website and ordered a large which fit perfect! Loved how it stayed in place and kept my midsection warm during backbends :))
